Purpose of using personal information: We utilize the Seller's Personal Information within the scope necessary to achieve the following purposes: 1. Wargamain will not use the Seller's Personal Information for purposes other than those listed below without the Seller's prior consent: providing information about our products and services to the Seller. 2. Wargamain will safeguard personal information regarding third parties; except where permitted by law, we will not provide the Seller's Personal Information to third parties without the Seller's prior consent. 3. Wargamain will take measures to keep the Seller's Personal Information accurate and up-to-date, and to prevent unauthorized access to, as well as the loss, damage, falsification, or leakage of, the Seller's Personal Information. Regarding the appointment of other parties to handle the Seller's Personal Information: if we appoint another party to handle the Seller's Personal Information, we will require said party to implement appropriate security control measures in accordance with the contract, and we will properly supervise said party as necessary. Shared use of personal information: We will share the Seller's Personal Information within the scope of the shared use purposes set forth below: a. Personal data subject to shared use: Company name, affiliation, position, name, address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address. Parties authorized for shared use: b. Purpose for shared use: To provide products and services related to our business—and information regarding such products and services—to the Seller, and for the research and development of new products and services. Disclosure, correction, and cessation of use of personal information: When a Seller requests the disclosure, correction, or cessation of the use of their personal information, we will endeavor to handle the request appropriately and promptly after verifying the Seller's identity.
